Did you get a good deal and why?

In hindsight no; payed way too much and ende up disappointed.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

My wife is disabled (back problem) and we need a towing vehicle that has good seats and a comfortable ride. We thought we would be looked after by the dealer as they always seem to come out top on reliability and customer care.

What was the dealer like?

Very good at convincing you that you will be well looked after in the future.

What's it like to drive?

Effortless - wafts along at great pace and handles extremely well for an obviously top-heavy car.

What's it like to park?

No problem - good visiblity, and has parking sensors.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Yes: VSC - took three attempts to fix it. Steering - started pulling to the left. Brakes - we were informed that the pads and discs needed replacing. This was only halfway to the next service; if we had not had the steering fault we would have been unaware of this - in my book that was wholly unfair. Satnav - Took three attempts to convince them it had gone wrong. In the end they admitted it was faulty and replaced it with another (£2,300!) which is slightly less useless. Cruise control - car died on a motorway in Spain whilst overtaking a stream of lorries. This happened twice, they are due to have a look.

What's most practical about your car?

Tows fantastically.
