The combination of owning a car that has had no compromise built into its design with a national network that gets customer service right like no other ( I’ve previously owned Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar and BMW’s) makes ownership a genuine pleasure. Whilst it is an hybrid don’t expect great, just reasonable mpg figures, the sheer weight of the unit mitigates against the sort of economy you might hope for. The weight however is part of the sense of quality, durability and desirability that make up the ownership experience. Until that time when quality, long distance capable EV’s become more affordable this is a perfect, unstoppable and enjoyable option - and, so far, they have retained an amazing residual value.
How reliable do you find the car?
I knew Lexus had a good reputation but didn’t know how much might just be ‘marketing’. The car is bullet proof, genuinely faultless and maintains its high quality sense of being impervious.About their car
