Would you buy this car again and why?
Possibly. The price is a little on the high side for recent models so depreciation is a concern. Whilst I enjoy driving the car carefully, mainly for fuel consumption reasons, the manufacturers suggested mpg is simply not attainable under any circumstances. (44 mpg averaged - my best is 31.5 in winter and 37 in summer).
What are you likely to buy next?
Possibly return to Mercedes - E or M class - if my requirement for 4 wheel drive and towing capability changes.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I think so - paid about the same price for Premier as for an SE.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
As economic as possible for a 4 wheel drive consistent with comfort.
What was the dealer like?
Good - no pressure but consistently good knowledge and friendship.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
To gain maximum mpg I need a very steady right foot and this has the added advantage of remaining very quiet in the cabin.
What's it like to park?
Relatively easy with the two cameras - one at the rear and the other under the LHS mirror. It does however take some time to get used to the overall size.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The radar and therefore cruise control stops working in heavy rain/serious misty conditions. It is due in for replacement seats due to badly worn leather.
What's most practical about your car?
Petrol hybrid makes for economic motoring. Car is absolutely loaded with automatic functionality and is light to drive. Also with many fine adjustment options my 5’2” wife finds it easy to drive and prefers it to her Mini.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Fuel consumption and associated features in the onboard computer.
