Cool. They think I've won the lottery even though it cost the same as a middle of the range Astra!

Would you buy this car again and why?

Yes - absolutely. Love it.

What are you likely to buy next?

Another of these - or possibly a Lotus Evora if I can afford one.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Yes - it was a good price for a very good example and I got the Lotus hard top included.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Something for the weekend - a self indulgent treat.

What was the dealer like?

Friendly, helpful and very honest.

What's it like to drive?

Like nothing else I've ever driven. It's effectively a road-going go-kart with all the fun and excitement of one. It you like "driving" you'll love the Elise.

What's it like to park?

Not too bad. Visibility is OK and it's small and compact which helps. Steering is a tad heavy when manoeuvring (no power steering), but my wife has no problems.

Have you had any problems with the car?

No - but only had it a few weeks.

What's most practical about your car?

There is nothing practical about the car on any level - if you want practicality then you don't buy an Elise.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

There are none - and it's all the better for it.
