What does this car say about you?

Individual without shouting about it so looks cool,not trying too hard to impress.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

The wife drives it when she can,its drawn a fair bit of attention but not in a negative way,everybody loves Maserati,good image.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Definitely,much easier to live with and drive than I thought it would be.I owned a Biturbo many years ago and it was a real hoot but handling and quality was no where near as good as the Quattroporte

What are you likely to buy next?

Another Maserati maybe,fancy the Skyline R33/34,something different from the crowd always.

Did you get a good deal and why?

I had a great deal for cash on a low mileage 1st class condition car with lots of service history and few owners.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Best value for £10K,exclusive Maserati badge and a practical 4 door coupe with seating for 4/5 adults.It has a large useful boot too,best of all amazing performance and looks so cool!

What was the dealer like?

Dealer was very good,knowledgable about the car and gave me a good discount without a part exchange,would buy again

What's it like to drive?

Rocket ship! Smooth ZF 4 sp auto (German) easy to drive around town but when you put your foot down kickdown is instant,0-62 well under the 5.9 secs claimed and mid range overtaking power is incredible.Cruises on motorway 70 mph just around 2500 rpm! Gives decent fuel economy for this type of car well over mid 20s mpg at best,only thirsty if you boot it around.

What's it like to park?

Easy to see out of and parking no problem.

Have you had any problems with the car?

It puts a smile on my face everytime,no major problems,just the electric windows are a bit lazy but work ok.Everything else spot on,aircon super cool,electric seats fine(noticed electrics are Bosch,German),turbos are Japanese IHI super reliable after 4000 miles.

What's most practical about your car?

Very easy to park,can take 4/5 adults in comfort,loads of leg room,deep boot with loads of space

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Love the almond shape gold clock,unique to Maserati.Electronic boot release is great idea.Seats are fantastic,very comfortable and all electric with many adjustment options to get driving position just right.
