Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

What was the dealer like?
The salesman kept trying to sell me other models as his commision was higher on the other cars.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The car is a decent drive, probably not a wise choice for a purchaser seeking a car purely for fun. Handling is predictable and road holding good. The car is refined at all speeds and noise is kept under control. Fuel consumption is reasonable for this size of car, we are currently achieving 41 MPG in combined driving. Acceleration is adequate rather than eager and the engine is very quiet even under hard acceleration. Steering is quite good, although not quite as precise as some of the best.
What's it like to park?
Very easy to park, great all round visibility, and excellent power steering at low speeds.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
As I mentioned, there were a few odd niggles, like an incorrect aerial fitted and the aircon didn't work, but the dealer put these items right swiftly and the car is now just over 4 years old, has done 16 000 miles and runs like a train. We have had the car 14 months.
What's most practical about your car?
The flat folding split rear seats and easy-to-load boot.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The driver's one touch electric window function.
