Nice, but talker passengers over 5'9" find rear seats impossible and front seats have to be reclined .......

Would you buy this car again and why?

No. Disappointing even at mpg @45 overall. Front bodywork is flimsy and flexible. Would hate to have a prang!

What was the dealer like?

Unwilling to provide the correct test vehicle, and unhappy to lend it for a weekend. We tried 4 Mazda dealers and all behaved in the same way. Eventually 4 weeks later we got the diesel manual 5 door all options test drive.

What's it like to drive?

Sluggish when new. Now on 18,000 miles probably as quick as a 105 golf. Nothing like as good as the golf gt Tdi 150 that it replaced.

What's it like to park?

Easy, but has a ding in the boot/bumper because no oarking aids fitted at factory.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Pothole cracked a wheel. Not a big pothole. Main dealer fitted a mismatched tyre saying the others were non standard despite having supplied the car with them!

What's most practical about your car?

Compact 5 door, reasonable boot space.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

The cruise control. Pity there is no speed limiter ...... £120 later.......
