Mazda 3 Hatchback (2009 - 2013) 1.6 Venture Edition 5d Owner Review

Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
I reviewed my Mazda 3 about 8 years ago (bought used with 30,000 miles on the clock) on Parker’s and gave it 5 stars back then. It’s now done 110,000 miles and still drives like a new car. The only jobs apart from routine servicing and one set of tyres have been a battery, one n/s ball joint and a new brake calliper. It’s great fun to drive and quite practical and the heated seats, cruise control, centre armrest, a/c, front and rear cup holders, sat nav, reversing sensors, electric mirrors etc. are good spec.qualities. These 1.6 Mazda petrol engines are aspirated ..so no turbos, unnecessary sensors or strange filters to get blocked up. It’s just an engine without a hidden agenda. The only downside is that I quite fancy a newer car but this one is not giving me any excuse to change it..and my wife likes the heated seats!
How reliable do you find the car?
Never had any problems or costs beyond routine servicing
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
The car is used for a daily return commute of 30 miles and annual holiday. The boot is big enough for plenty of luggage and the occasional run to the tip with garden rubbish, etc. if the seats are folded down.
