What does this car say about you?
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Impressed with the ride, space and the frugal fuel consumption.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes - reliability is most important. Add to this the overall driving experience and the Mazda is a joy to own.
What are you likely to buy next?
It will be a diesel again. If the paint finish could compete with the "Germans" it would definitely be a Mazda.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Once in 6th gear it is happy to cruise from 50 mph and beyond up hill and down dale. No problems with town/city driving.
What's it like to park?
There is a longer overhang at the front and it does take a bit of "getting used to" before you become confident parking in those tight spots.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Mechanically the vehicle is very good. Unfortunately, the standard of the paint is not in the same class as the German competitors and is very susceptible to stone chips.
What's most practical about your car?
Good, comfortable and spacious car. It is at home whether you use it for work, the family holiday or shopping in town.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Unlike many cars where you have to hunt around for it, the cruise control is operated from the steering wheel and is extremely useful.
