Bought this for my wife after having diesels to tow over the past 5 years or so but a change in situation meant we could get away with having a petrol. Went for the 3 but wanted to make sure we got the top spec we could afford and managed to do so. Ride is great and handling is superb compared to a focus! The engine does lack a little oomph at 120bhp but i think that's me needing to adjust from turbo diesels. Drove the car home from Nottingham to Coventry with an average MPG of 51 - better than the CX5 deisel we had previously. After driving it over 200 miles on mixed roads we're getting 43mpg, again better than the diesel we had before which makes our bank account a littler happier. Very, very happy with the car so far!
How reliable do you find the car?
Had Mazda's since I was 17 but this has to be the best by far! Reliability is never an issue with Mazda, its usually down to the user.Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
The engine is a little lower BHP wise than previous cars but it doesnt feel sluggish and revs really well. The heads up display is also a great touch. Have to say the leather heated seats are probably the most comfy I've ever used.About their car
