What does this car say about you?

my car has a nick mane -UGL(Y) brecause of its number plate.when you look at it it just looks like an old & boring car, but once you get in & drive it it is such a joy with a real personality.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

they all love UGL(Y)!in my home town of falmouth he is well known - not for being a chav, but for being such a good reliable. his not just a car he's part of the family.

Would you buy this car again and why?

My husband has offered to by me a Golf GTI 16v - my fav car ever. if i would sell my 323, but i can't even face selling my 323. I wolud buy it again for sure as its such a pleasure to drive.

What are you likely to buy next?

as i am keeping my 323 for as long as possible. I would like to gett a Golf GTI 16v just because i have always dreamed of owning one.

yes dealer was asking for 550 - knocked him down to 450.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

cheap first car excellent condition & reliable. good fuel consumption & has lots of character.

What was the dealer like?

friend of my father in law very friendly & honest

What's it like to drive?

great on the motorway. a bit slow to start off, but soon cruises. it can struggle going uphill. apart from needing new suspension it is still a smooth ride. very easy to steer - like a go-chart.

What's it like to park?

can prove a little tricky with tight spaces due to large bonnet, but the electric wing mirrors & power steering make it alot easier.

Have you had any problems with the car?

a few things like rust (caused by living in cornwall).recently moved to wiltshire no more rust. recently having trouble with handbreak - but what do you expect its still the original cable

What's most practical about your car?

everything! cheap to fill up, it doesn't guzzle petrol.it also has electric wing mirrors which are a god send for motor way driving. large boot space. My car has so much character that driving him makes me extremely happy.

the electric wing mirrors!
