Economy
Value
Does what it says on the tin. Reliable, very well equipped - ABS, traction control, aircon and electric sunroof
Costs
Not the cheapest servicing but no breakdowns or costs between services
-
On the road
Driving
Handles and powers well in town, bendy lanes or motorways, cruising.
Performance
Not a boy racer but surprisingly good for a 1.5. A bit breathless on very steep (25%) roads
-
Living with it
Reliability
Very very dependable. Japanese beats the european rip offs.
Image
Unassuming but sleek. Not a Postman Pat van like most modern hatches. Something different from the millions of Golfs and Focuses. Passengers always pleasantly surprised.
Comfort
Fairly quiet. Good seat support. Everything to hand and well thought out
