Summary
What does this car say about you?
Family man.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They like the look of it, especially the colour (metalic blue).
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, this car is expensive to run in both fuel and servicing etc... When arranging a major service for this car I was shocked to find that not only was the price very high, it also varied massively between garages (all main dealers). Before settling on a price of £700 (at a garrage 20 miles from my area) i had quotes of up to £1200.
What are you likely to buy next?
Ford C Max grande.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Franchised
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£0
When did you buy the car?
July 2011
Did you get a good deal and why?
At the time I thought I had recieved a fair deal, as when i researched the car other dealers were charging about the same.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I needed a bigger car for work and family.
What was the dealer like?
The salesman was pleasant at time of sale, but when we had issues after collecting the car he was difficult to get hold of. The servicing department were very difficult to deal with and wanted to charge for repairs even though I had only just bought the car from them a week before.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Fun to drive, comfortable and powerful. Good for distance driving on motorways etc... but fun on windy roads. handles well on bends.
What's it like to park?
Easy to park in reverse as it has parking sensors, however parking forwards is difficult to judge as the front is long and sloped. this makes it difficult to judge how close you are to another car/object.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Yes, It needed a new turbo almost straight away. The drivers seat came loose after a short while. The boot clips were broken when i recieved the car (garage wanted to charge for replacement, despite them being fine when I agreed to the sale). All parts needed for the car are expensive and difficult to get hold of as they have to be imported.
What's most practical about your car?
The size of the boot and space in the back.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Being able to put up the windows with the key fob.
