What does this car say about you?

Very smart (stormy blue) when clean & does look good on the drive & on the road.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

All are impressed, especially with the boot space.

Probably time for a change after 2 6s

Did you get a good deal and why?

No discount but they paid a fair price for my trade-in 52 plate 6-TS2 & gave me a free service in lieu of small scratch noted on delivery.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Had the 'old' model '6' for 5 years & loved the look of this new one. Loads of room & a higher spec & much quieter on road test.

What was the dealer like?

Very helpful throughout - pity their service dep't aren't as good.

What's it like to drive?

Much less road noise than the previous model. Smooth & quiet on the motorway but quickly runs out of puff on any gradient & needs several gear changes to maintain speed on steeper motorway sections.

What's it like to park?

I have no trouble either parallel or bay parking but it does take some getting use to the length. Always go front-in against a wall so the nubmer plate touches first!

Have you had any problems with the car?

No - had a stone through the fog lamp which cost £300 to replace but 'that's life'! Hate the auto lights - can't turn on the fogs in daylight without fumbling around to switch the lights to manual first & impossible to switch the 'European driving lights'off.

What's most practical about your car?

Very roomy & good load space.

Favourite gadget, option or accessory?

Bluetooth works well & auto wipers also work well, so much is better than the old model.
