What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Gets a lot of looks as it is a beautiful looking car in snowflake white.
Would you buy this car again and why?
No, already planning on a new car next year purely because of the iPod function.
What are you likely to buy next?
Maybe back to a BMW or an Audi.

Yes

May 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, because I saved eight grand.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Had two Mazdas before and loved them both. Wanted to get a cheaper car and go back to a diesel.
What was the dealer like?
Minimal fuss with dealer, went and picked the car up and left.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Nice to drive. Not particularly fast but the gearbox is excellent. The steering judders when turning stationary at low revs due to the electronic power steering.
What's it like to park?
Easy enough with the mirrors, sensors and camera. Quite a big and long car but I have no issues parking it.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The passenger door doesn't centrally lock. This was a fault from delivery and the warranty will cover that. The media system is awful - iPod function in particular. It takes near enough two minutes for the iPod to be recognised and begin playing and doesn't have a remember function, so when you power off the car the iPod starts again at the beginning of the playlist. Also, when you switch to the radio then back to iPod you have to take the cable out and replace for it to find the iPod again and then wait another two minutes for it to start playing yet again at the beginning.
What's most practical about your car?
The reversing camera.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The electronic adjustable seats and memory function.
