Economy
Value
They are expensive for their age, but in terms of feel good-factor-per-pound they're unbeatable!
Costs
I've yet to need bits for it so I can't comment on those costs, but I get between 29mpg (urban) to 34mpg (A-Road/Motorway) and I'm certainly not trying to drive economically.

Driving
The steering is amazing, the handling sublime, the gear change wonderful - it makes every journey a pleasure. The low driving position feels special too.
Performance
130bhp in a small car. It's not a supercar but there's plenty enough there to make it a supercar.

Living with it
Reliability
Feels solid, is solid. It's Japanese.
Image
The Merlot is burgundy and so is a bit different, but they are all special and it's a two-seater with all that that suggests. I can live with what it says about me! 8).
Comfort
I'm 6'2" and...large...and I fit well despite the doubts of others. I've found it comfortable for long journeys.

Security and Service
Security
It's a convertible, but it does have an alarm and a fascia-off stereo. I'm not any more concerned than with any other desirable car.
