This is my 5th MX5 I love them.
I wanted the newest model before my knee and back pain is too much to get in and out
I have not had this car for long enough to have experienced all the good and bad. My main complaint at the moment is that when put the roof up the engine either has to be left running or the engine restarted, because the windows automatically drop when the roof goes up and wont go back up if the engine isnt running.
How reliable do you find the car?
I have only had the car for 6 weeks but previous MX5s have been excellent
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
In comparison to previous car ( 2 litre injected) this car ( 1500 cc) is much fussier about what gear it is in when climbing hills etc. However this is not an issue as car tells you what gear it want to be in
