Fuel economy
A more stringent standard for fuel economy (WLTP) was introduced from September 2017, and this model was not required to undergo that test.
Its fuel economy measured under the previous test system was 30 - 44 mpg. However these figures are less likely to be achievable in real world driving and so should never be compared to another car's mpg which was measured under the newer, more realistic WLTP system.

Low insurance groups. Reasonable fuel consumption – nearly 50mpg overall for the 2.0 Di, and 30-35mpg for petrol models. Doesn’t depreciate too fast (seven-seat models hold their value best).
Premacy is quite a polluting model. With an average of 204 g/km CO2 across the range, its emissions are a touch high for a people carrier. The range is not very frugal, averaging 33 mpg.
Owners of Premacys have reported nothing more serious than the occasional stone chip to parkers.co.uk. Mechanicals are sound and, although the interior looks dour, it seems to stand up to rigorous family use.
