Mazda RX-7 Turbo 3d (1994/L) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
For under ten grand and with mild tweaking, you'll have a car that'll match an Italian supercar in a straight line - enough said.
Costs
Drinks like fish, so not really an everyday car. Parts prices not as bad as you think - shares the same oil filter with an MX5 and does not require expensive oil (Castrol GTX mineral oil is fine).

On the road
Driving
Amazing handling car, high tech suspension and powerful brakes makes for a very quick road/track machine.
Performance
Jeeeeeeeez this thing's quick!!

Living with it
Reliability
Get a good one that's been looked after and you'll be ok. Rotary engine usually requires a rebuild between 60-80,000 miles. Apart from that, typical Japanese reliability.
Image
Very rare car. Seems to turn a lot of heads!
Comfort
Cramped cabin for anyone over 6ft. Not really a long distance tourer.
