Summary
What does this car say about you?
Very very smart. If someone doesnt think so, then open the door, start you engine and show off your Full heated leather interior and futuristic dash board while your bose sound system plays.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Very very nice. Its a £25,000 car which i got a 3 year old one for like half price!
Would you buy this car again and why?
I really like this car, but its begging for a Turbo.

Did you get a good deal and why?
They took my Saxo VTR in part ex no problem, On the Mazda RX8 I got 6 months tax, 1 years mot, 1 years warranty, half a tank of fuel and i asked that the front bumper was re-painted because it was covered in stone chips.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Very good looking car and is fully loaded with extras. I have a 1996 Mitsubishi Evo iv as a weekend car. I wanted someting newer than that with a little bit less power.
What was the dealer like?
Fine accepted that the front bumper needed done. Even rang me 3 days later to make sure i was happy with the car and that everything was fine.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
People say these cars have got no torque? These cars have more torque than a Honda Civic Type R! People just dont know how to use the power! Its got 6 gears, it revs to 9500. USE IT! The MPG is poor, but if i wanted good i would have bought a Clio Diesel!
What's it like to park?
Hard. Its, hard to judge the size of the car. Its bigger than you think. All the windows are small and it'll take some getting used to. Plus, you dont want to kerb your 18 inch alloys do you?

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Nothing at the moment. It isnt the best starter but touch wood it has still started. Ive read loads about people flooding the engines. Please take note to save you searching. Wait until the engine is at normal running temperature before turning it off. Do not start up cold take the car out of the garage, put it on the drive and turn it back off. You will flood the engine and the car will not re-start.
What's most practical about your car?
The car has loads of room inside and is very hi-tec.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The dash. Stunning, a digital speedo inside the rev counter. All litten up beautiful. And loads of buttons to press and things to ajust. Also there is a light under the outside mirrors that shine onto the floor where you are about to stand before you get into the car, which is a nice touch.
