What does this car say about you?
In this colour, and in the Winning Blue or Copper Red, its a true head turner. The sound the engine makes, its beautiful.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
All love it, the styling, the space, people stop and look at it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Well you wouldnt sell one only to buy another one, unless you are upgrading the car to an R3 2010 onwards. But theres no reason not to buy one.
What are you likely to buy next?
Between an R32 or R34 skyline, Honda S2000 or something else.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Wanted to own a rotary car, always loved the RX7 and the RX8. What made me choose this was the colour. Phantom blue is limited to 100 in the UK.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Supreme! Handles beautifully, strong feeling through the steering, the rear end sticks like glue and you can feel when she starts to step out. Otherwise, she is beautifully quiet on normal journeys, open the revs up though, shift at the beep and enjoy the performance.
What's it like to park?
Extremly easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Original battery went, so it was 6 years old. Cost me £70 for a new Bosch one fitted.
What's most practical about your car?
The boot surprisingly is rather big for a car like this. So is rear foot space.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Everything really. I love the heated seats, i love the blue/red night time dial colour, I love the Mazda options for the body (strakes/air dam/mud guards/side skirts/rear deflectors/hoop spoiler).
