Mazda Xedos 9 2.5i V6 4d Auto (1994/L) Owner Review
-
Economy
Value
It has a lot of standard extras that other cars in its class and of the same age simply don't have.
Costs
People say parts are expensive. But so far I haven't had to buy anything major for the car.
-
On the road
Driving
It's not the fastest car on the block, but when pushed I once left a 'willing' GTi at the lights!
Performance
Pick up is not bad, neither is roadholding and tight cornering at speed. This car comes into its own on the motorway though - effortless cruising!

Living with it
Reliability
One of the window switches went. But other than that, this the car has been an absolute gem so far!
Image
So-called car review experts say it's bland! They are either blind, mad or both! I always get looks of admiration and the odd 'nice car you've got there mate!'
Comfort
Rear head and legroom is limited and so is knee room for 6 foot drivers. But apart from these quirks, it's a rather comfortable car.

Security and Service
Security
It has an immobiliser and an alarm system that is too sensitive for my liking!
Service
I haven't had to use them yet, but the word on the street is not encouraging!
