Value
The high standard spec is not matched by others, so it looks expensive on paper, but when you get a car that has more goodies than most other cars, then it is value.
Costs
Unfortunatly M-B don't price the service for this car according to the retail price, but then a lot of Manufacturers are ripping us all off since the servicing nowadays is a lot more checks no parts.

On the road
Driving
Well if you can drive, this car is a delight. Much different than the lesser models - the others are soft and lack lustre, but this can shine on wet or snow.
Performance
Not the quickest on paper, but given the way most people learnt to drive, this car is faster than 90% of the population's abilities.

Reliability
It's a Merc... even the washer bottle stays untouched between service.

Well it hasn't got a long bonnet, so it's not a phalic symbol, but I love mine and that's all that counts.
Comfort
Yes it's a bumpy firm ride, but the elegence is too mushy for my liking. If they didn't keep putting speed humps in, this car would be fine.
