Economy
Value
Not a lot of car for the money. Good concept excuted well.
Costs
Company car, so no idea, but big wadge from monthly allowance.
-
On the road
Driving
Harsh ride, VERY poor traction control, torque steer positively dangerous above 40mph and accelerating hard.
Performance
Considering it's 125bhp in a very small car, poor.
-
Living with it
Reliability
No major problems. Brakes squeal 50% of time or groan in reverse. Clunk from front suspension.
Image
Not a quality Merc.
Comfort
Front seats very poor compared to my Saab or past BMW, harsh ride. Admirably quiet and stable at 70-90, though air con weak.

Security and Service
Security
No probems as yet. Radio still nicked, even though front was removed!
Service
Took all day for simple service. No courtesy car available, unless booked 6 weeks in advance! Coffee and danish pastries nice, though. Didn't fix any of problems mentioned.
