Summary
What does this car say about you?
Stylish, practical Londoner.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone was sceptical at first but anyone who has been in it has loved it.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Yes, but I would consider buying a turbo version as the car is a bit slow off teh amrk and lakes a bit of boost in the engines.
What are you likely to buy next?
Another Mercedes!

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£6,600
When did you buy the car?
February 2009
Did you get a good deal and why?
Fantastic deal for a car which still smelt new and was in great shape.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
With only 15,000 miles on the clock this car was a bargain. I absolutely love this car.
What was the dealer like?
I found the Mercedes dealers terrible to deal with. They never returned my calls and acted like they weren't bothered about selling a car to me. Despite having several cars on the forecourt which matched my price and other objectives, they never phoned me back to try and sell me one. I even agreed a sale with one dealer and he was meant to call back to arrange collection but I got fed up chasing him. Eventually went to another second hand dealer.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
It's incredibly spacious inside, a pleasure to drive and surprisingly easy to park in London. The high seat position makes you feel like you're in a jeep or van. Plenty of room in the boot.
What's it like to park?
No problems parking. there isn't much upfront so the car is shorter than you think. I park in London and have never had any problems. Turns easily and visibility is fine.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
The windscreen washers are struggling to get fluid onto the windscreen in the correct place. The car occasionally makes a little squeak when turning to the left which seems to be the brakes catching.
What's most practical about your car?
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
All of them. A lot of thought has gone into the creation of this car from the little handles so you don't dirty your hands whilst closing the boot, to the interior trim. It feels just like you'd expect a Mercedes to feel.
