Mercedes-Benz B-Class (2012 - 2019) B180 CDI SE 5d Owner Review
Want to know everything there is to know about this car?
In their own words
This is my fourth Mercedes and it's going to be my last; for the money I expect quality and after service support. Today there are allot better options for your money. Generally, the day to day running of the car is ok however simple things like having tables or a pocket for the back seats for the kids to store their gear is missing and you don't think about these things during purchase; the biggest failure has been service/ support; when anything goes wrong you are slapped with a massive charge even though in my opinion these are manufacturing faults like a sensor in the seat for the airbag; or the GPS; I still have an old tomtom from 8 years ago working (it's still more accurate than the one included), how come this doesn't last more than 2 years at a cost of 700, finally trying to book in to get a diagnostics engineer to find the problem takes over a month.
How reliable do you find the car?
Sensor for the airbags failed - took 6 weeks to be able to book in the diagnostics; charged 500 to replace the sensor on a less than 3-year-old car. GPS failed to function and again charged to be replaced.About their car
