What does this car say about you?
This is my second c class 97 merc. i love them. i need to do a few things to this one. but nothing that wear and tear didnt cause. it is a bullet proof motor. i got the car with 163,000 on and its still as tight as a drum.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
No doubt my wife hates it cos its old. my mum loves it cos of that badge lol. it looks like an old man car but it is a comfy reliable ride.
Would you buy this car again and why?
This is my second one so yes with out a doubt.. fuel is the only thing that is high on this car.
What are you likely to buy next?
Nothing for a while.

Did you get a good deal and why?
I went to a site called swapz. so yeah a straight swap. swapped it because i had the same model before. that got hit by a car that never left details.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Look for my previous review. i love this motor.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Iv got the older model that hasnt got the steering wheel adjustment. that is a bit of a pain as its a bit low for my liking. but its a nice seating position and a lovely car to drive. defo a car you could do miles and miles in.
What's it like to park?
Them tilted front wheels when you turn them is a great parking aid. dont be fooled these cars are really long, but you can easily park it if your confident.

Have you had any problems with the car?
Nope nothing. it starts and goes with out a complaint.
What's most practical about your car?
The boot is huge, you dont realise how big it is untill you use it. love them tilted front wheels. parking is real easy.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Love the auto box. simply put in to gear and pick your nose for the rest of the journey. no but really the auto box is nice and smooth.
