Summary
What does this car say about you?
Looks and feels like a very high quality product. Definitely gives the impression to others that we're doing pretty well!
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
Everyone seems to love it. Not yet heard any complaints or criticisms. In fact my uncle liked it so much he went and bought one recently.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Great chassis but boring engine and dim witted automatic gearbox. However I would definitely consider a bigger petrol engine version!
What are you likely to buy next?
Too soon to say, but possible a 159 estate.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
This is definitely a motorway cruiser. The ride quality is near perfect and you're able to overtake easily from any rev - plenty of torque accessible at motorway speeds. Its not so great on windy A roads. Not as rewarding to drive as a 3 series but feels much more aggressive than an A4. Also, being rear wheel drive makes it feel a lot more planted when cornering at high speeds. The steering feels light at low speeds and varies at speed. Definitely takes getting used to. The brakes also feel numb and lifeless on any type of road other than a motorway.
What's it like to park?
We had parking sensors fitted to our car and so it makes it much easier to park. Without them its a little more tough but no more than you would expect. Turning circle is okay.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
No mechanical problems, however the camber angles on the front wheels is quite aggressive and causes the outer edges of the front tyres to wear very quickly!
What's most practical about your car?
Its got a decent sized boot and space at the back is good. It has a beautiful ride and very comfy seats! The trip is also pretty easy to use as all the buttons for it are on the wheel, under your thumbs!
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
We had third party rear parking sensors fitted and they are VERY useful. The car also has a button that folds in the mirrors which is handy when parking on small roads.
