Economy
Value
Better equipment than previous Merc's, but it's still too expensive compared to rivals
Costs
Fortunately, I don't foot the bill. Economy good (not as good as the trip computer would have you believe), but servicing costs are high.

On the road
Driving
Very nice drive when it's working.
Performance
A very good blend of performance and economy and excellent on the motorway.
-
Living with it
Reliability
The most unreliable car I have had. Gearbox went at 57000 miles, numerous injector problems and bulbs blow weekly. I'm on first name terms with the recovery call out driver.
Image
I bought it to do 50,000 miles a year in, image wasn't a high priority.
Comfort
Firm seats (which I find very good) and very good ride.

Security and Service
Security
No problems, so I guess the security all works.
Service
Nowhere near as good as it should be.

Problems and Ownership

Numerous breakdowns, mainly repetitive injector problems.
Other
Bulbs go regularly and I get the occasional flash of various warnings from the computer.
