Yes. Mercedes have sorted out their quality issues from the late nineties and their current diesel engines and automatic gearboxes are second to none.

Did you get a good deal and why?
£12995 was £2000 under the Parker's dealer price, plus was low mileage (35k) with full Merc history.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
The combination of the V6 diesel and 7 speed auto, quick and economical without the awful image of a BMW.
What was the dealer like?
Very good.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Brilliant. The V6 diesel has huge amounts of torque and the 7 speed automatic is just fantastic. The sports chassis handles very well without giving a harsh ride.
What's it like to park?
Very easy, good steering lock thanks to rear wheel drive plus parking sensors help those with poor judgement!

Have you had any problems with the car?
No.
What's most practical about your car?
Small enought to fit places my old E class didn't but large enough to be comfortable.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Phone prep with optional Bluetooth is excellent, heated leather seats with 3 settings superb, climate control works very well.
