Mercedes-Benz C-Class Saloon (2014 - 2021) C200 Sport Premium Plus 4d Auto Owner Review

Comfortable with the air suspension option but has suffered numerous faults. The most serious was a petrol leak which according to a small independent specialist was a known fault whereas the main dealer had no knowledge of the fact the petrol pipe had been updated. The main dealers repeatedly failed to update the sat nav and auto gearbox software. When approaching a right turn at large roundabouts the sat nav generally says prepare to turn left! The auto gearbox changes are not as smooth as other similar cars. My brother had the earlier C Class which also suffered a series of faults. Previously I've had a number of Lexus and Hondas which over several 100,000 miles were almost fault free and the main dealer service was an altogether far more professional and amenable experience. It's highly unlikely that I would consider another Mercedes.
