Summary
What does this car say about you?
Understands cars and has good taste. Quietly confident. The car has traits of the driver - Not brash mirrored in the car's minimalistic "old-school AMG" styling UNLIKE more of the modern electronic sports cars out there at the moment.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They absolutely love it. There's always a rush to jump into my car for a lift if we are taking multiple cars on a night out.
Would you buy this car again and why?
Would definitely buy this car again. It is a real experience for both driver and passenger. This particular vehicle is annonomised by the quantity of non AMG CLKs on the road and the absence of exterior badging. This makes it a real wolf in sheep's clothing. An iron fist in a velvet glove. A true "Q" car!
What are you likely to buy next?
4x4 as a second car.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
On the standard 17" alloys the ride is extremely comfortable but also firm when driving more enthusiastically with minimal body roll. In short it's a hoot to drive with all senses firing when your on it but also can be a comfortable cosseting companion when you just want to relax.
What's it like to park?
Not a problem.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Major fault on electronics once cut the drive and engine power and put it into emergency mode. Inevitable rust patches appearing on wheel arches.
What's most practical about your car?
Large, well proportioned boot with a FULL size spare wheel. Fuel economy is surprisingly good for such a large capacity engine (30+ mpg regularly on motorway journeys).
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Engine - always make me smile when you put your foot down. The V8 burble is intoxicating and addictive. Heated seats in cold/winter (which for us Brits is most of the year) are a godsend.
