Summary
What does this car say about you?
Anyone who knows me, knows this car is very 'Me'! Its dark Tanzanite Blue with Tan Leather, a wonderful combination.
What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?
They love it, they love the colour combo and how it looks.
Would you buy this car again and why?
I rarely buy the same model of car, however I would definitely replace this car with a Mercedes-Benz. The built quality is wonderful.
What are you likely to buy next?
Mercedes-Benz S-Class 320 V6 Diesel Automatic.

Buying experience
Type of dealer you bought from?
Independent
Did you buy this car new?
No
What price did you pay?
£11,000
When did you buy the car?
March 2013
Did you get a good deal and why?
Yes, I traded in my Citroen C6 for this car, and got slightly more than I expected for my old car. Also got a very good 6 months warranty with the Mercedes.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I like to drive a large luxury automatic, which is also individual looking, and with good reliability. I also was attaracted to this particular cars colour combination and spec.
What was the dealer like?
Very good, but didn't have any reason to go back to them, as the warranty was serviceable by any garage.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Beautiful! Smooth, fast, seemless. Great engine and gearbox combination.
What's it like to park?
Its a big car, and because of the coupe shape you can't seen the front or rear, so the parking sensors fitted to both front and back are an excellent option.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
A few things. The bottom suspension arm needed replaced a couple of months after I got the car. The parking sensors - a few sensor went faulty at different times. The car just required a couple of ball joints, and front suspension bushes for MOT The most major problem (although covered fully by warranty) was the gear selector which fits to the bottom of the gearbox, cause gear change problems, and virtually no drive on occassions, lastly it would only select 1st gear. Replaced under warranty at a cost of £1250 by main mercedes garage.
What's most practical about your car?
It not the most practical car in the world, as its strictly a 4 seater, and for such a big car there is limited space in the rear. However this suits me well as I rarely carry passengers in the rear.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
My car has a lot of factory options, but I do like the automatic headlamps and wipers, as well as the headlights which steer round the corners. Also like the steering wheel controls for all the gadgets.
