Had 3 small children and needed big car, It also had 7 seats. Had always wanted a Merc.
What was the dealer like?
Dealer was good. had problems with the computer which he replaced and breaks which he also sorted under his warrenty no questions.

Good to drive. very smooth though not as comfortable as my old A6

Have you had any problems with the car?
I regret the day i bought this car. It has rusted away including the hydraulic pipe which is too expensive to make the repair worth while as the sub frame is showing signs of rust as well. This to go with all the wheel arches and panels on the car. Tail gate especially. The break pipes have also had to be replaced due to corrosion. This in a car costing £39000 new and is only 9 years old. The 30 year anti corrosion warranty is only applicable if you are the original owner and have full main dealer service history. I am 2nd owner and it has full history but some is independent specialist. Every one who has ever had anything to do with the car recently has said that they all rust. I have managed to get a £1600 offer for the car. This means that in 9 years it has lost an incredible £38000 .
