This is my second E Class estate, this one replaced an E220. You could say this is the ultimate family car for life! Comfort, space and massive load carrying capacity, all the features and charging points to keep everyone happy. The 220 is sufficient but this bigger engine version with 4 wheel drive is so much more for the driver, albeit at a higher price, hence the comment car for life. Averaging 37 mpg at the moment but with lockdown most of this is from short journeys, have achieved over 45 mpg on one reasonable length journey without trying, expect more on a long run. This car proves effortless and relaxing to drive with a bit of bite when you need it.
