Economy
Value
Brought car at a price that would have got me a 6 month old Mondeo, and bearing in mind what mine will be worth in 3-4 years compared to the Ford, I would say it's very good value for money.
Costs
23-33mpg and the services are a lot cheaper than I thought they would be. They are also 25% cheaper than the services on my old Omega!

On the road
Driving
I feel car does sometimes tend to wander a little at high speeds, but I always enjoy driving it.
Performance
Very good considering it's only a 2.3-litre. Auto box sometimes takes its time to adjust to your driving style.

Living with it
Reliability
No faults as yet, although one off the electronic ignition keys has failed, but this seems a common problem with this type of key.
Image
It's a big Merc, what else can you say?
Comfort
Very good, but I wish it had an adjustable steering wheel.

Security and Service
Security
Mine was a German import, so it didn't get the alarm system fitted as standard by MB-UK.
Service
I found my local dealer very indiffrent, and seem to rely on the reputation of the name.
