Did you get a good deal and why?
They dropped £2k off the window price then gave me £1500 for my old car - Plus I got 6 months road tax and £30 worth of diesel to get me home.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
Having already owned one Mercedes which I'd covered 230,000 trouble free miles in, there was no reason not to buy another one... And when I saw this 2007/07 plate E320 CDI Sport I just had to have it.
What was the dealer like?
Nice people, and not pushy.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
Absolutely effortless, I use mine as a taxi taking people to airports mainly. It doesn't matter whether I'm in town or on the motorway it just does everything so easily, the 7 speed box helps on the motorways, it does 70mph at a touch over 1,500rpm.
What's it like to park?
Power steering helps a lot here as it does with all cars, but as the E class is quite long rear parking sensors are a plus... My last Mercedes never had them and my rear bumper took some knocks, but now I have them I wouldn't be without.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
I've had the car for 8 months and covered 41,000 miles already, I've had a couple of bushes on the front that needed replacing and a front coil spring snapped - but it was only £90 for two genuine springs so pretty good.
What's most practical about your car?
Two things for me... Big power plus big economy, the E320 CDI Sport will hit 60mph in under 7 seconds and hit 155mph - But when you get it on a run it'll return 45mpg all day long.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Comand and the heated seats, when I was looking for another E class I wasn't going to buy one without these two options.
