Probably. Its the 4th E class I have owned.

Probably next generation E Class when it comes out or possibly an Audi.

Did you get a good deal and why?
A reasonable trade in on my old E Class. Offered 30 Day exchange if I didn't like the new car which I made use of by swapping the initial SE trim model for an Avantgarde after a week.
Is there any special reason why you bought this car?
I've had Mercedes for 20 years.The E Class meets my requirements.
What was the dealer like?
Mercedes main dealer. Excellent all round, completely customer satisfaction orientated. I was really impressed.

Driving it
What's it like to drive?
The SE drives has 16 inch wheels very soft suspension and steering was very light. The Avantgarde has 17 inch wheels, the steering feels much more connected to the road, the suspension is slightly harder and feels much better. Effortless motorway cruising, Avantgarde good on smaller roads too.
What's it like to park?
Parktronic is standard. Very useful makes parking easy. Advanced Parking Guidance I found less useful.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Not yet, still under Manufacturers warranty. Seems well built. There is more road noise (on motorway) than I expected, maybe down to the tyres that are on it.
What's most practical about your car?
Seats five people comfortably, large boot, spacious and comfortable cabin. Good MPG for a large saloon, though only get about 55 MPG on the Motorway, not the claimed 67 Extra Urban.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
The 09-13 SE trim came with Halogen lights and non retractable mirrors. The Avantgarde and Sport trim come with Bi Xenon and the Mirror package. Both are essential in my opinion. Bi Xenon are essential for driving on unlit country roads.
