A big rethink is needed for the seats. Bucket seats with severe side bolsters for this premier executive is a big mistake and overall, need to be less firm. The safety features of the car are class leading, as is the fantastic dash display. If Mercedes sort out the seat problem and improve engine sound proofing then I would give it an excellent rating.
Does the car do everything you expected it to do?
The car performs admirably apart from two factors. The biggest let down is the over firmness of the seats and the front seat side bolsters which do not adjust. Perhaps the most uncomfortable seats ever and certainly compared to the seats from a BMW 5 series. The second is the poor engine sound proofing.About their car
