Main dealer uninterested after initial purchase, with Mercedes UK unhelpful. Already on second battery and regularly have to use a charger with constant multiple warnings of its critical condition. Sat nav instructions lag behind actual vehicle position after exiting roundabouts. Updates not routinely carried out by main dealer during inflated annual servicing and expensive update charge after first three years. Fuel consumption is disappointing unless on a long journey. Very comfortable with adequate performance.
