Idiot for buying it and falling for the dealers spiel. Ignore the talk, they are no better than any other car and a heck of a lot more expensive to service and repair. The perceived extra value is just in your head.

What do your friends / family / neighbours think of the car?

They wonder which courtesy car I will turn up in this time.

Would you buy this car again and why?

Never will I walk into Norwich main dealer sales office again. Have no doubt I will see the inside of the service dept pretty soon though. Thank heaven for the warranty. Make sure you have one.

What are you likely to buy next?

Kia. I had a Sorento for 8 years THAT NEVER BROKE DOWN in all that time.

Did you get a good deal and why?

Apparently just reduced from £25,000, so the deal looked attractive from Norwich main dealer.

Is there any special reason why you bought this car?

Reputation. Completely misplaced.

What was the dealer like?

Excellent when selling. Good when dealing with fortnightly warranty returns and one breakdown. Appalling when the offered me £15,500 to take it back for another vehicle.

What's it like to drive?

Worrying, when is it going to break down again.

What's it like to park?

Big but has sensors.

Have you had any problems with the car?

Take my advice and go buy something else. The auto box was never quiet, grinding away and stuck in 1st a few times, ABS warning light coming on for no reason on straight road. Sloppy service/repairs from Norwich main dealer came back with steering wheel off-centre, pulling to left. Gearbox very clunky 1st to 2nd.

What's most practical about your car?

Boot space for dogs.
