  • Economy

    Value

    4 out of 5 4.0

Excellent value for money especially the more optional extras you get. But more to go wrong, but generally reliable.

    Costs

    2 out of 5 2.0

Has been expense when things have gone wrong. I.e. Air-flow meter, water pump and belts. However, these things are as normal for its age, but get a good servicing garage and save being ripped off on labour charges.

  • On the road

    Driving

    3 out of 5 3.0

Smooth agile ride, but does lack power in some situations.

    Performance

    3 out of 5 3.0

50/ 50, needs more power, but good performance and great petrol consumption for its size and engine

  • Living with it

    Reliability

    4 out of 5 4.0

It is reliable once normal ageing items are dealt with. Electrics sometimes has its own mind. Watch ignition switch especially!

    4 out of 5 4.0

Very comfortable. This is luxury at its best and you feel and look impressive at the wheel

  • Security and Service

    Security

    5 out of 5 5.0

I brought mine up expense top of the range Toad alarm. Excellent

    Service

    2 out of 5 2.0

Mercedes only cater for corporate clients. No care, attention or respect for ordinary men with its rip-off prices. What a shame they could be a lot of business for Mercedes out there would be nice to go where the experts are.

  • Problems and Ownership

No problems so far. Very light oil leak to top of engine but oil pressure excellent. Nothing the worry about so i am told.

    Other
