Mercedes-Benz SLK Roadster (1996 - 2004) 230K 2d Auto Owner Review

A great little car, that feels like it has big brother characteristics, as it handles solidly. Comfort, pace and handling are good, and confidence inspiring. I was surprised at how low the noise level is when the roof is up or down. Although a typical sportster with little spare space, I found that I could accommodate my 6ft frame in quite satisfactorily, with no real discomfort for even a long drive. This is not a car for the family person, suiting professional single persons well. It's hard to keep the roof up whenever the sun comes out, as it's so novel the way it achieves the transition so effortlessly.
