Economy
Value
Initial depreciation is actually quite bad. Loses heavily in first year. Autos, metallic paint, leather seats are 'standard' options which add about 10% to the list which isn't really reflected in used prices.
Costs
Servicing interval variable - based on 9000 miles and up depending on how you drive it. Mercedes dealers rates. However you get free vehicle recovery while car is dealer maintained.

On the road
Driving
Cruiser or tourer rather than an outright sports car. Engine is noisy. Feels lazy until you put your foot down and start using the revs and the supercharger at which point it feels more agile.
Performance
Quick once you get used to it. Good progressive brakes give confidence.

Living with it
Reliability
Too early to tell.
Image
Bit girly while also solid/sensible.
Comfort
Much better than expected. Absorbs bumps with poise and doesn't rattle or shake. Some wind and road noise. Bit tight on space. Fits with its capability as a tourer.

Security and Service
Security
Alarm, immobiliser, automatic central locking when car is driven. Passenger door and boot can be set to unlock on second press of key fob.
Service
Dealers encountered so far very helpful which is counter to reputation from a few years ago. Post sales support has been good.
