Mercedes-Benz T-Class verdict

2022 onwards (change model)
Parkers overall rating: 3 out of 53.0

Written by CJ Hubbard Updated: 24 May 2022

Should you buy one?

In one sense, the booming small van-based MPV sector has plenty to choose from, but in another the choices narrow themselves down. While many are sensible, practical family vehicles, plenty, such as the Citroen e-Berlingo, Peugeot e-Rifter and Vauxhall Combo-e Life, are electric only and don’t offer the same level of style and quality that the T-Class promises. Don’t expect this to be the cheapest choice, but we do think you’ll be getting something that feels worthy of the investment.

It isn’t as stylish as the myriad SUVs that buyers will otherwise be drawn towards, but its upright construction, spacious and airy cabin and comfortable ride will mean that it is more appropriate for those that value practicality first and foremost.
