Driving it

Firm but feels incredibly safe around corners. Some idiots think it's a Porche and look at it longingly. A lot quieter in winter when I use a hard-top.

Easy.

Living with it
Have you had any problems with the car?
Driver's window-winder failed (common problem). Fixed myself for £100 using a well-known MG part supplier. Windscreen wiper mechanism fibre-bearings worn-out - fixed myself by drilling and using a split-pin, nil cost. Head gasket will fail soon - evidence of emulsion in water coolant. (31.000 miles) Battery failed after 6 years.
What's most practical about your car?
Starts first time, reasonably cheap to run. Still a fun car and will run it until I'm too old to care.
Favourite gadget, option or accessory?
Hard-top.
