Economy
Value
Some hard bargaining had our ZR specced up to almost ZR+, without the foglights (not available for >3 months) or leather interior, all for about £300. Used prices are still close to what we paid new 18 months ago
Costs
£165 for first full service, not had to buy any other parts yet, can guzzle fuel when driven hard. Otherwise, economical.

On the road
Driving
Fun to drive, can be a bit annoying in traffic due to constant gear changing
Performance
Picks up nicely at 4000rpm. Judders a bit below, loves fast corners. Not really suited for (legal) motorway driving.

Living with it
Reliability
Engine has never let us down.B bodywork is still aligned, big heavy doors haven't dropped - interior is absolutely crap! Door panels falling off, elec windows temperamental in cold / hot weather
Image
Gets some admiring glances from local boy racers, which makes me feel young again. Sadly, it also gets lots of attention from local police
Comfort
Once you're in, you're in! Seats hold tight through fastest corners. Pity the interior is falling apart.

Security and Service
Security
Been parked on a street in Toxteth for 12 months and never been nicked - is that good security, or does no-one want it?
Service
Dealers are prompt in reminding you of service intervals, etc, but make out they're doing you a favour when undertaking warranty work
