You get what you pay for - the MG is a basic budget brand and it is built that way. The build quality is shoddy and you have to run the heater non stop because the windows immediately fog if you dont
The main issue is the battery. Advertised basic range of 200 miles is a downright lie. In perfect driving conditions we get 140. More like a range of 80. Often inner city trips of 10-15 miles will knock 15+ % off the battery. In the recent cold spell we lost 25% range doing 17 miles, and we didn't even dare put the heater on.
Don't buy this car. Sure the cheap petrol SUV will do the job but its not worth the EV price tag due to the battery issue.
How reliable do you find the car?
Only had it a month but the battery is useless on the car and the software is full of bugs and errors.
