MG ZS EV SUV Exclusive auto 5d Owner Review

I bought my MG ZS EV new in early 2020. It is the only new car Ive ever had and has been by far the most unreliable car I've ever had. It has been in and out of service centres and off the road for approaching 20 weeks in total - yes, you read that correctly, going on 5 months. It has had a range of issues with the electrical system which MG has struggled to diagnose. At one point MG told the local MG service centre to take it to a Volkswagon garage so they could give it a try! I also had a faulty update installed at one point which halved the range for several months. During all this time MG customer services have been completwly useless with no courtesy or replacement vehicle offered and absolutely nothing in the way of compensation or other offering. Buying an MG is a bad decision to say the least. Can't wait to be rid of the thing. Avoid like the plague.
