MG ZS Hatchback 1.8 + (120ps) 5d (2002/51) Owner Review

Economy
Costs
Bought tax-free in Germany with the Forces, but it is about £1000 less out here anyway.

On the road
Driving
It would be nice to compare this with the 180 version. But it still has alot of poke and take corners fantastically.
Performance
Awsome on small bendy roads and pulls away quicker than most from junctions (good to get that little space on a busy road).

Living with it
Reliability
Brand new so cant really comment... Although three year warranty should see you through to no cost if there is a problem.
Image
This car is not a Rover 45 although the body work is almost the same. Should have a good image if MG do well with the ZS in the Le Mans rally.
Comfort
Not very good for butting lots of kids in and the seats dont feel natural at first. Although the tight, almost bucket seats are great when you are cornering.

Security and Service
Security
Has immobiliser and alarm with volumetric protection.
Service
The only reason I wouldn't buy this car again is becuase it is a little too small for three kids in the back (two of which are in child seats).
